Trip (mainly medical) Insurance for a trip to Whistler, BC

I am on Medicare and my supplemental does not cover out of the country. I am looking to buy trip insurance mainly for medical and evacuation. Since Canada has free medical does that cover visitor and if I had medical coverage would I be able to use it? Any recommendations on companies for travel insurance that will cover what I need?

I use Travelex strictly for medical insurance.
