Military Discount -- Busch Gardens

We just returned from Williamsburg, VA and enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens. If you are in the military (active duty or a reservist) then you can enjoy a tremendous military deal for entry to the park. Busch Gardens is honoring the military this year with free passes to the park for the military member and 3 family members. For my family of 5, I saved nearly $200 for one day at the park. At the park, proceed to a special military booth for your free tickets. However, it is best to register online first before going to the park. This promotion applies to the parks in Florida and Virginia.

It would be nice if they would offer this to the retired too. Often time they are left out of the promotions such as this.

I checked the website on eligibility and it doesn't mention retirees. You are right, that is a shame. For those interested, here is the website: www.herosalute.com. Also, the free passes are good for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Williamsburg and SeaWorld Orlando, San Diego and San Antonio.
