Post on Craigs List and Facebook local Garage Sale pages. You might want to consider hiring a liquidator to get rid of the houses contents- or- after all else fails- 1-800-Junk. And hire a good real estate agent or use the For Sale By Owner sites.

in Florida many buy turnkey or with furniture. In fact, some wont sell unless you take the furniture. and things are moving.

We are keeping one bedroom set. Whatever furnishings that are NOT sold prior, go with the house. Right now all for $76,000.

Not a bad house or price for where it is. It would make a nice Snowbird place.

                            YMMV
