The HOA forums are private forums designed for members that own at specific resorts to talk privately about their home resort. These forums are moderator free but are watched by the site Administrators for problems.
If you would like to join an existing HOA, all you need to do is go to the following page and tick the circle next to "Join Group"

Next, please PM the leader of the group you want to join so that they know there is a pending application. The group leaders will then help you become a member of the HOA forum.
