what I have is Campground Condominium documents established 1984 and amendments all the way to 1994. it is close to 300 pages on legal sized paper. It says that Permanent Sites can only be occupied by the owner. I have not found anything saying that about cottage owners. so far only pertinent information is not to use for commercial purposes, not to make as permanent residence. I can see that happening, someone owning two cottages booking for the entire year and living there, people are already doing it int he campground (a violation of the rules but not being enforced)
