Annual MG fest in Park City features 100+ vintage cars

More than 100 vintage MG sports cars will descend on The Canyons Resort in Park City next week for a five-day Gathering of the Faithful. The annual convention draws British MGs from the 1940s and '50s from around the western United States and Canada.

Events include a free car show, to which the public is invited, on Tuesday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the plaza at the resort complex (Gathering of the Faithful West 2007).

I always enjoy British Car Day South at Tanglewood Park near Winston-Salem, NC in June each year, but missed it this year. It draws a wide range of British classics; MG's, Triumphs, Rolls, Bentleys, Morgans, TVR's, Jaguars,
Sunbeams, Austin-Healeys, Jensen-Healeys, Landrovers, etc. They also have a good autojumble where one can find parts vendors, where I usually find something useful for my own British classics.
