Gurney's in Montauk

It seems Gurney's is trying to buy up all off Montauk. They now own the couples only hotel that was nest door which was called I think, the panoramic, And have bought the Montauk Yacht club. So now they have hotels at the 2 best ends and mostly they will buy up something right in the center of the town. But here is the best part, rooms in the summer are starting at $900 a night and the revues are currently awful.

I did hear that the resorts dining room was redone and looks great as is the food
