Interesting getaway pricing on Carriage Hills / Ridge

I have been looking at taking a little weekend vacation for the upcoming Victoria Day. There is lots of availability at one of my favorite resorts. My CMV has finally closed, and was able to make some 45 day reservations. One was given to II for a Flex Change, however before deciding to use it I thought it would be wise to see if it was better to pay just the exchange fee, and trade my week or use a getaway. Here is my results;

Wait a minute, now it is less than $100 to go from a studio to a 1 bedroom.

What gives here? These are essentially the same property, just two different phases. More importantly the Carriage Ridge is the NEWER of the two properties, and these are the ones that are less expensive to upgrade? The only thing the Hills has that Ridge does not is the indoor/outdoor pool (the Ridge only have an indoor).
Has anyone else seen these kinds of discrepancies lately?

Oh, I already did! Used the flex change week, to save myself the additional $153. We get a 4 night stay, for less than $50 a night!

I just thought it was odd the significant differences between the studio and the one bedroom. Never bothered to call to find out if it was a mistake.
