Possible 2 for 1?

I'm new at my II membership, so please help me understand something here. I deposited a Starwood 2BR Gold Plus 2012 week. My membership shows 2 entries for this ownership, under 2 different codes for the same unit (I only own 1 Starwood week).
I exchanged for a reservation next year, but my trade availability screen shows a 2012 week under the other code still available for exchange, not deposit. Is this a bonus week or something? I don't want to try to use it and find out it's actually next year's week and I'll have to prepay the 2013 MF to use it, because I've already done that and deposited a 2013 1BR unit week (non-Starwood).

what were the two weeks called?
It is not a 2-1 XYZ that this thread is about.
But, could be an accomidation certificate.

My membership shows: STW and Gold Plus ST2, with week 54, but indicating it as the week and year originally registered with II.
I own 1 week 9-47
Did a request for deposit, then request first and got confirmation. STW no longer shows.
ST2 still shows as available 2012 (Float). Unit: 2BDSD
I've been reading the II guide for Starwood owners, but don't see anything about ST2 as a code for that resort. I thought maybe it's a placeholder for next year's week if it's not a bonus of some kind?

I tried calling II but the person I got was no help.

Jeanne I replied to your PM, sorry for the late response.

The ST2 unit can basically be ignored, they put it on the system for no reason and never in the years have I been there have we ever used ST2 weeks for Starwood owners. Carry on using the STW weeks and don't worry about it. If you ever have extra weeks to bank we do so through supplimental week.
