Booking Window Guidelines to Change February 5
The WorldMark Board of Directors has approved a change to the booking window guidelines for reservations that are less than seven nights in Red Season. Currently set at 90 days prior to arrival, the booking window will expand to nine months beginning February 5.
After careful consideration, discussions, owner surveys and analysis, the Board is pleased to change the booking guidelines to better accommodate how a large majority of owners choose to vacation. This means you can get those shorter vacations on the calendar sooner, with even more time to plan and make other travel arrangements!
Making New Reservations. As always, you can book new reservations online at WorldMarkTheClub.com, including less-than-a-week stays in Red Season, once the guideline changes go in to effect on February 5.
Making Changes to Existing Reservations. If your original book date falls within nine months of your arrival date, you can make modifications to your reservation by calling the Vacation Planning Center starting February 5. To check your reservation book date, just visit your online account page and click on the confirmation number. If your changes aren’t urgent, we recommend waiting until the weeks following February 5, as we anticipate a higher than usual call volume when the guideline changes go in to effect. Please note that standard cancellation guidelines apply and there will still be a two-night minimum stay on Weekend-Only Reservations when both Friday and Saturday are available.
