Oops.......nope, the link on the SVC site didn't work; it only went to the opening, sign-in page and then to the regular first page. There doesn't appear to be any 'search' feature on the website, so probably no help there. If you're finding anything different, could you do me a favor and copy/paste it to me via private message (zachsterpk@comcast.net). In the meantime I'm going to fill out their newest satisfaction survey, so I can vent for a while.
