Hello,

I'm looking for someone to give my vacation condo to. I have one week every two years in Kawaii, Hawaii. The unit is 2 bedroom and comes with lots of cool stuff. But mostly it's in Kawaii, which is the most beautiful places I've ever been.

The annual maintenance fee is just under $900. It is paid every two years. The current bill is just under $1700.

Due to family health issues I do not see being able to vacation anywhere for at least 10 years. Maybe never again.

I'm looking for $1, which I assume is the minimum required for legal purposes. Message me here if you're interested.
