    Comeback of the Drive-In ?

A longtime (1947) Drive-in (movies) has been repaired and is in business now just about 20 miles from my house (http://www.pleasantvalleydriveinmovies.com/). I saw on the news yesterday that another new Drive-In is going thru the approval/permit stage and may be operational in 3 weeks somewhere in CT. Also looks like the Car Hop type drive in restaurants may be making a comeback.

My last drive in theater goes way back - would you believe Star Wars ? Pleasant Valley is now open again on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Maybe, or roller blades or scooters or segways.

I really like the drive in movie. We use to bring beers and pizza. We would take chairs and a mattress in the back of a pick up. The kids would play with their cousins and other kids. Last show we saw was Titanic and A Knights Tale double header.

Last Sunday my friends did drive in church, lol. I guess they had it set up to hear the word with the car radio.

We have a drive in in Wisconsin Dells. The problem is it won’t get dark until 9:45 and I cannot stay awake for the double feature
