These are the bungalow units.
Only a handful of these and they are going to cost mega points like a year and a half's worth of points for the average owner for just 1.5 nights.
Very few people will be spending their points here, so I foresee Disney renting these
for top dollar while these points owners go elsewhere for longer trips.
We shall see how this all pans out as this is definitely a departure from the traditional DVC resort.

Well I did it.
I added on today a 50 point Poly contract.
I've always loved the Poly.
It was the first resort I ever stayed at on Disney property and has remained near and dear to my heart.
Reservations open up to Poly owners this Feb. 11th.![]()
Thanks Maria.
I know I really don't need any more timeshares but there's always room for more Mickey.![]()
One of my big gripes about DVC is that they so often have units that sleep eight, with tables that seat only four comfortably. I guess this 2 BR does sleep eight, but it seems really odd to have only two beds and a table that seats eight here. And I love their bathrooms that're bigger than the bedrooms.(To be fair, I suspect most people staying DVC eat out more often than not, and I know plenty of people who like DVC-type compartmented bathrooms.)
That deck is swoonworthy. Wow!
Congrats on your points purchase! I expect you feel about the Poly the way I feel about the Contemporary -- I remember dreaming about staying in the Contemporary the year it was built!
Thanks Hobbitess.
I love the Contemporary too.
I have an OGS for BLT for October.
Fingers crossed that it comes thru.
I've yet to stay there.
That's the only resort in Orlando DVC that I have not stayed in yet.
I'm sure I will love it. I visited the owners lounge last year that they have built on top of the building.
They let you go up there even if you aren't staying there. Has a great view of the fireworks at night.
