My hubby has been in AFIB for years. They tried all the usual, but can't keep him from going back into it.

We've been home since March. Really want to go somewhere, but for now, still staying home.

Have you gotten your forms in the mail? Did you get one or two. Both us and our son got our form, went online and did census, then less than a week later got second form. Both had same census ID...
