The CMV maintenance fees at CMV for the upcoming year of June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010 are as follows for own ownerships. Maintenance fees increases were about 4% to 5% over last year's maintenace fees.
Note, those who are not fimilar with the CMV UDI's may not know that depending how you use them, you can get 8 to 10 yearly reservations or more per UDI ownership.
UDI Pure or Blended Oak Timbers.$1,012.91 plus a $50 housekeeping fee per
reservation.
UDI Pure or Blended Cottages.$896.53 plus a $48 housekeeping fee per
reservation.
Deeded Floating 2 bed 2 bath Villa prime summer week $581.00. It would take a Bluegreen Points owner 9,000 BG Points to resevre this unit for this red time.
