I will guess it is like regular sale pitch. But it is not mentioned at all in this post. make sure you know the resale market before you take it. And make sure you just politely play the game and let them know you will not buy in front if you decide to attend , so they will have chance to offer again. Have no idea about that area, resort does look nice.

There is no mention about the sale pitch though.
