Sorry but we do not have time to try to track everyone down for the information. We are volunteers. Also be aware that the information on your deed is a matter of public record with the county where the resort resides. If you have just purchased a GPR property but have not received the deed then you must wait until the deed is recorded with the county. Thanks.

New Information: We used to be able to contact owner services via phone and verify that you own and admit you to the group. GRP owner services is no longer cooperating so now we have a new process which must be followed:


We welcome all owners of GPR resorts to our private forum. We will approve your entry to the group once we verify that you do own at a GPR resort. Please provide the following:


1) Submit ALL of the following information via in the application link below or via pm, or via email to CaliDave and/or 4ARedOctober:

GPR Ownership First Name:

GPR Ownership Last Name:

GPR Resort(s) Owned:

GPR Week(s) Owned: include if annual, EOY, fixed week# or floating, season, etc.

GPR Size of Unit Owned: studio, 1 BR, 2 BR etc

Your document number on your deed for your GPR property. For example: DOC# 2007-0702989


2) Copy/Scan your ownership card send it via email as an attachment to CaliDave and/or 4ARedOctober

3) If you do not/cannot do step 2 then you can scan and email a copy of your deed to CaliDave and/or 4ARedOctober


Please post the above information in step 1) on your application at the following link.
