Mouse's House/ Pre trip report

Well, it's almost here and I have worn out myself before I even get there trying to figure out where , when, and how to get it all together.

I have a 3br at Houses of Summer Bay, which I got with one of my cheap weeks . It was just sitting on line!! I then got round trip tix for $130 and a car from Budget for $113 for a week (all taxes) from Hotwire. Woo-hoo!!

Upon arrival will stop buy my ex mom-in-law so Kelli can visit with her Grandma then on to the resort. I have a feeling my ex will stop by, oh joy!:
I have made ADR's, changed several times, ordered my photo cd (why, I don't know, esp with my new camera)

Plans(subject to change) Sun, MGM with resessies at Hollywood & Vine , Fantasmic Pkg Mon , AK with ressies at BOMA , Tues: Epcot in the am then going to Universal so Kelli can go to the wrestling match (I had to cancel MM Backyard BBQ) Wed: Happy Halloween!! I am going to MMNSSHP. It is sold OUT!!! Sold out means between 20 and 30thousand people

I do have ressies at Liberty Tavern (character meal ) Thurs sleep in then go to the Grand Floridian for pics , and then go on a specialty cruise (Wishes Cruise) Fri: Epcot then meet my best friend from Fla. I have known her over 25 yrs and haven't seen her in 8 yrs. Kelli's dad is picking her up and they are going to camp out at the coliseum to get tix to Wrestlemania. So much for a relaxing vacation.

Oh my goodness, Shaggy! Sounds like you have done the "commando, spreadsheet planned" thing and will be zooming around all week in your bargain Budget car. I sure hope you get to have fun visiting Mr. Mouse. Will the Food & Wine thingy be going on? Or will it be over? Are you dressing up for the Halloween party? Can't wait to hear all the details. Have a magical time.

Shaggy - all sounds great (except possible visit with the EX).

Yes Food and Wine Festival is going on so hope you plan some time to eat around the world at EPCOT.

As for relaxing, it's always been my opinion that if you don't need another vacation to rest up from your Disney vacation, then you didn't do it "right".
Have a great time! Waiting for trip report and photos so I can feel as though I was there too. Great score on the t/s BTW.

I have actually left a couple of days to rest /at least a half of a day. I screwed up with AK on Mon. as it is a early entry day so will probably rethink that one. I also didn't buy a hopper so I won't be tempted to stay out all day and all night.

I am being Queen Malificent (sp) The queen in Snow White. I didn't want to spend $50 on the outfit but I lucked up and found it with the top part missing. (crown & hood) So I bought the purple robe for $13 and a crown for $6. Good enuf. shaggy

I was there last year and it never felt crowded.

Not that I would encourage this plan

- but they never checked armbands for MMNSSHP, especially if you had on a long sleeve shirt. If you are already in the park during the day...just hang out until it gets dark.
