Dump site for timeshare

We are small family and wishing to get into timeshare but don’t want to pay the initial outlay and am happy to pay all the closing cost.

I have come across many people who have dump their timeshare for reason such as:
1. Foreclosure because they are unable to meet their maintenance commitment
2. Have no one to pass their deed or the company refuse to take them back
4. Don’t want to pass on their obligation to their children (the maintenance fee is quite hefty for someone just got out of uni and is paying rent and car loan).

Usually these people are so desperate to get rid of their timeshare that by the time I contact them they have already ditch it. Is there a website dedicated to people who want to dump their timeshare?

Thanks,
Dibert

Shill. I'll bet your next post will be from another id you created to answer your own question.

I am an individual. I am not a reseller or in any way associate with them. I know where you are coming from.

I know there are resellers who pretend to be charity so it sounds more legit to ask for this kind of thing.

I know this market exist but I just need to be fast.

Try ebay or craigslist.

Here, on eBay and at a TUG, there are listings for free timeshares or many under $100. Some include discounted closing costs. But you need to be sure they're what you actually want to buy. I'm not convinced you're serious but go ahead and look at the listings.

No need to be fast, market prices show no indication of rising and availability is as high as it has ever been.

I think he's gotten the answer he needed, so I'm locking this thread. You can find inexpensive or even free timeshare intervals all over the internet, just ensure you have a quality closing agent to protect you. I'd recommend you check the freebies forum on this site, since many posters there are a little more interval-educated than the average timeshare owner. Check all the major resale sites. Most have a quick link to the lowest priced inventory.

Good luck.
