Exclamation 2010 Maintenance Fees

Okay the time has come once again when we all start getting our MF bills for 2010.

I have been adding them into the resort database as they come in throughout the year and would like to continue to do so.

Please use this thread to provide Maintenance Fees for your resort. Please include:
  • unit size
  • any special assessments
  • the real estate taxes, if included

The more information we have in the database the better.
Last year it was suggested that we also try to obtain:
  • Name of the management company
  • Who is the developer
  • what type of HOA they have...i.e....owners only, developers only, combo of both

It would be great if someone had some historical data of MFs somewhere. If you have them...just post them, along with the year.

What are some of the benefits of gathering this info?
Historical trending of maintenance fees
Special assessments paid

The information we receive is dependent on our members...this will be the 3rd year we are doing this and we would like to build an extensive history in our database.
The maintenance fees are placed in their own area within the resort database. Once you get to this area you can search by either RCI or II ID's...or by name. You can also search by geographic area. If you're looking for all resorts in Orlando, just enter "Orlando" in the Search Database area.

Thank you all for your support.

Just checked on line and I have the Maintenance fees for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

1 Bedroom 1 bath $725.65
1 Bedroom 1.5 bath $748.81
2 bedroom lock-out $872.88

Resort is managed by VRI

All of above includes taxes and no special assements planned for this year.

DRI's Polo Towers:

The Villa's at Polo Towers
Studio $374.11
1 bedroom $751.79
2 bedroom $1,132.73

The Suite's at Polo Towers
1 bedroom $674.92
2 bedroom $1,011.15

The online budget does not breakdown the real estate taxes per unit.

The management company and developer is DRI. HOA is a combo of owner/devloper but is essentially developer controlled.

Ridge Tahoe was just posted and only went up $5.00

Total for each of our units Naegle and Tower is $889.00 and this includes Nevada property tax which is somewhere around $36.00 a unit. Both our units are two bedroom.

Not sure of the break down until I see it.
