Not really unexpected news, but the article confirms that timeshare loans weren't a good investment for banks!

Total delinquencies increased to 5.28% in 1Q'09, up over 65% from 3.20% as of March 2008.

That is actually better than house. I must miss something. Need to re-think about the whole industial.

I think quite a few financial professionals must have shared your line of thinking, Jya-Ning. This week, I've heard from three developers that talks have reopened about buying developer paper again.... Could be a really positive sign for the industry!
