Timeshare loan defaults at an all time high...

Not really unexpected news, but the article confirms that timeshare loans weren't a good investment for banks!

I think quite a few financial professionals must have shared your line of thinking, Jya-Ning. This week, I've heard from three developers that talks have reopened about buying developer paper again.... Could be a really positive sign for the industry!
