Massanutten - Woodstone Luxury
4 bedroom - can split into 2 units
$595
2010 projected to increase 10% and thereafter, at the rate of inflation.

The Owners letter stated that "the association's research indeicates your annual maintenance feew will continue to be extremely resonable when compared to other high end timeshare resorts."

If this is true then my question is - why does it not exchange like a high end timeshare resort? !!!!!

I think this would be a great project. If I were back in the states, I could do the Outer Banks of NC

3. The name of the developer
4. HOA board - Owners only
5. HOA board - Developer(s) allowed with with members
6. HOA board - Developer only

If a few of us could develop a report and each take a small area (ex: I could take Missouri.), we could come up with some interesting statistics.

With this information and history perhaps we could give our members information so that they might get "robbed", as I have, from the scavengers at DRI.

Chateau Orleans CHO New Orleans

2009 M/F for 2bdrm is $360
2008 M/F for 2bdrm was $350
2007 M/F for 2bdrm was $345

There has been very little increase. I wish there was slightly more and some basic replacements.

Hi Lawren
I belong to DRI - I'm in the Trust, so I don't own at any particular resort. Thought I'd give everyone here my current billing rate for comparison:
ARDA contribution $5.00
2009 Cs1 Operational Fee $180.00 ($36.00 increase from 2008) - This is the Trust fee
2009 Cs1 Fee per point (11,500 points) $1154.60 (slightly more than .10/point - roughly one cent more than last year) - This the MF
2009 Club fees $235.00
Total bill for 2009 - $1574.60
