Morritt's Tortuga Club had a special assessment for 2008 of Studio-$200, 1BR-$260 and 2BR-$285. This is not a 3yr SA, there is no SA for 2009. There was a SA after Ivan a few years ago and then the one for 2008 to refurbish Poolside units and to make sure reserves are now properly funded for future refurbs.
Morritt's Grand announced a SA during the summer of this year to bring their reserves up to a sufficent level. I think that took everyone by surprise. Sorry, I don't have the MF figures for the Grand. The figures above for MTC MFs are correct - just no special assessment.
