What ebay company to use?

I've been reading the listings on ebay, and it seems like there's several companies that you see over and over, and some have really high good feedback.

Have any of you bought thru ebay and been really happy (or really unhappy) with a particular company?

My daughter and I just bought a timeshare each from a friend, and it's taking forever to go thru the title company. It's at the point now where the deeds are being recorded, so the wait is almost over. We've bought into Shawnee in the Poconos, for a reasonable amount, and are excited to use or trade them.

Thanks for anyone's help or opinions!

They're all pretty much the same, the high volume ones.
Hope your Shawnee is a summer week if you're trying to trade!

You are better off finiding a local attorney to handle your closing. I have seen two many defective deeds that have been prepared by these out of state closing companies. In some states, they are even violating criminal law by preparing deeds where they are not licensed to practice law.

The way you keep talking about it, I'd think it was more than two!

weeknumbers

One of ours is week 18, the other week 37. And the seller has banked this week, and will transfer to our RCI acct when we open one. She also has 3 banked weeks that she's transferring to us.
