Do I pay more to exchange a location?

When placing your ts in the pool,
do you pay more to rent out
somone elses ts?

or is it just an exchange?

For ex: If I were to own a ts
that I pay $700 in mf,
and I wanted to rent, from the
pool, a ts that was in a
better location, and is a *
more than mine, during the
red peek, am I just traiding, or
will I have to pay the ballance?

This is besides the fees they
charge you to put it in the pool.

Does this make sence?
If not, let me know and I will
try to make it more clear.
Thanks

I believe you're talking about exchanging. It doesn't matter how much the MF's are on a specific week or unit.
Every exchange company charges to complete an exchange. The charges vary by company and are a specific flat fee. RCI for example charges 164 for domestic and 199 for international exchanges.

Most exchange company will not allow you to rent out your exchange week. The only exception I know is redweek. Some will not allow even if you ask for MF back.

You may do it to family member or very close friend once. But it will defenitely not a good business model.
