Do you believe that it is that high with so many people dumping their timeshares at such a big loss rather than using it and enjoying their vacations? If they were happy, why would they dump them?

90% of people owns them. I don't believe Postcard company see themselves as owner. And I don't believe the count the people that dump them.

It is similar to with timeshare, you can go anywhere (if TS is there) at anytime (if there is availability).

I think way too many peeps buy TS who are financially unable to afford the initial cost, especially those that buy from the developer. Then, there are the others that don't understand the rules and fail to put in the effort to learn the ins and outs of ownership that end up losing their vacation time each year. TS is what you make of it, just like any other opportunity.
