Considering that there are so many more timeshares in Vegas that are not involved in a bankruptcy action, I'm not so sure I wouldn't consider something else to exchange into. I don't really believe there will be an issue since it's the developer that's declared bankruptcy. There is always the possiblity that the HOA of the resort could have problems if it is owned money by the developer for the unsold inventory or, if the HOA was dependent upon subsidising from the developer. At this point it's hard to say but, if I didn't already have an exchange into TV I don't believe I'd make any long term plans for and exchange vaction into this resort at this moment.
