Hello !

You will be billed ONE annual dues. You will have 3 anniversary dates of 11/1, 7/1 and 5/1. Your maintenance fees will be the sum of all your maintenance fees unless you have 2 or more new program deeds.
Your maintenance fees will most likely be due on Nov 1 every year unless you own a converted fixed week.
I can help you fix all that. If you are interested, let me know.
And if I may add on to what Boca said, from personal experience, I owned points bought through BG that had 3 deeds and one date. Then I added points through an Ebay purchase. With that purchase, I had 4 deeds and 2 ann. dates and 2 club memberships. Maintenance fees were under one November payment. I recently purchased more points and was able to get all deeds combined into one ann. date. This had to be done through an authorized reseller (or Boca has some connection-not sure exactly) and with some additional paperwork.
The problem with multiple ann. dates is that BG seems to not pay attn to the dates of the points and may use new points when older points could be used. That doesn't seem to happen when there is only one ann. date.
Yes, it does happen. But, Bluegreen will link the accounts upon request. People just don't know how to make the request.
In addition, there is a hole in the Bluegreen transfer process. If an anniversary date happens during a closing period, it is likely that the buyer will be billed for an extra annual dues. There is no way around it. To protect yourself from having to pay it, you need to work with someone who knows how to prevent the double billing. I happen to know how.
On my most recent purchase, the ann. date was set up to be Aug 1. Closing was still happening, so the 3 accounts (5 deeds) were combined and I paid a pro rated maint. fee which takes me to the next ann. date. So...I got my new purchase and all available points (new and old points), kept all my current new and old points, but won't get my points that would be coming March 1. I will get all points Aug 1 and then be on a regular schedule.
I know, confusing as all get out. Pinnacle had been talking with someone at Bluegreen, and even the info he gave was different than what happened.
Yeah, that's true. I do this a lot, so I have experienced most of the problems that can occur. The biggest issue is the fiscal year vs. calendar year. If you don't pick the right anniversary date in your combination, you may lose one year worth of points.
I got burned by this twice before I figured out what was going on.
