Do they even have a PreCheck line there??? Not every airport has them.

Yes, they have one but it's hit or miss as to whether it's open or not

Our theory was that we were going out of or back into our home airport--Newark. When we went from Chicago to Des Moines, we were using airports that we're not "associated" with. We almost always travel out of Newark.

when we traveled home from Sioux Falls, the security was a table, you went on the right side if you had to be screened, you went on the left side if you were pre screened. . I am hoping we get pre approved, when we fly in a few days.

If you're talking about doing TSA precheck, there is an interview office in White Plains.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

    “You shouldn't wear that body.”

    Good to know.

The last half dozen times or so I have flown I have breezed through on TSA pre-check with UA and B6. This may be because both of those airlines have their own self standing terminals at the airports I have flown out of ( Terminal C for UA at EWR and Terminal 5 for B6 at JFK). I will probably need to get burned like those poor people on the 16th who were missing flights to force my hand and travel to get the card. I'm lazy.

They also have very easy customs at both. I do factor that when I am exploring ticket costs. I will pay a little more for them for the ease of entry.

My "home" airport now is SAV but I have gotten pre-check flying out of JAX and CHS so that's not it. I even got it on Allegiant last month and that was the first time I have flown on Allegiant. Maybe it's an age thing?

So it's not age, home airport, airline status or credit card status. I got it. It's that we're all good looking!
