1,072,000 annual Wyndham points. Deeded as 834,000 in Williamsburg and 238,000 in Alexandria. Owner is willing to give away to anyone who will pay the transfer costs. M. fees are approx $500. per month. Health issues have forced them to give away their ownership (husband, wife, and child are all now in wheelchairs and facing severe health issues).. Originally paid $160,000 for this!

Buyer's usage would begin upon transfer, but 2013 points have been used. First available allotment would be Jan 2014.

Hence- the almost free! What this basically means is that a buyer would have approx $7,000 in costs in 2013. 2014 points could be borrowed for reservations in 2013.

Is the owner willing to split them up? I might be interested in the Alexandria points. Would have to check out how far they would go for a reservation.

What a great deal for someone inclined to have so many points
isn't it true that 2014 points can only be borrowed for 2013 reservations in the 60day(last minute) booking period?
otherwise you can put in credit pool, then use for longer term ahead booking?
