Basic Rental Agreement Question

I have looked at various timeshare rental agreements online and come up with one I want to use. My question is this: Do I have the renter print the agreement, sign it, scan it, email it back to me, and then I print and sign? Should I sign and scan before emailing it for the renters signature and then print it again after I get it back with their signature?

Have them sign first and sent it back to you for your signature last.
