Wyndham reservations - what gives?

I have been on hold trying to check availability of weeks at KHR for over fifteen minutes.
Giving up now.

I pretty much do everything on the phone since I try to max my free reservation.

I've not got access to online reservations as a weeks owner. Am I missing something? I did finally get through, and the system was down.

I made two Resies, canceled those two and made two more online all in one day/one hour.

I thought the 'newer' National Harbor was the way to go over Old Town A, but after reading reviews that said Old Town A was on the metro line and had free parking, I switched.
Saved 4K points so upgraded the other resie from 1BR to 1BR Deluxe, same dates....worked well all around.
