Chriskre, I'm not sure where you are getting this $199 for resortcert.com. When I look at it, it says the certificates are $599, not $199. Also some are more for an upgrade fee.

Unfortunately RCI shut down the site to open traffic.
You now need a password to buy them but they are available on skyauction for $299 plus a $20 processing fee.
They also give you some sort of $500 cash card to use on some worthless site.
I guess it's okay if you want to buy a bunch of giftcards for 10% off.
I saw some of the chain restaurants on there for $50 cards for $45 dollars.
You'd have to buy 100 of them to save the $500 so it would cost you 5K to save $500.
Maybe it's a good deal if you have 100 employees to buy a Christmas gift for.
