    Nationwide Transfer.com

Got a call today from these folks. They said they are going to be in our town this Saturday and can help us get out of our Wyndham timeshare legally with no cost to us. Any body have and experience with outfit? Has anyone even heard of them? The web site says they are in Ozark, MO.
We really need to get out of our New Orleans timeshare, but it isn't paid off and we are at a loss as to what to do.

Any help/advice would be most appreciated.

    Thanks

Exclamation The sad and hard truth is

There is no magic way to get out of a timeshare, period.
If you still owe money of the purchase, you are between a rock and a very hard place as most Wyndham Points packages are selling for around 0 so the only real way to get away from one is to pay it off and give it away.
If you let these folks show you the way, make sure you leave your credit cards and check books at home as there is always some cost, maybe you buy a small package in a Vacation Club, who knows, just remember no upfront money to anyone.

Thank you so much Greg. These folks would be hard pressed to get any money (in any form) from us. That's the reason we need to do something about the timeshare we have. Do you have any advice on how we go about renting out our points? We have 189,000 points and haven't been able to use them for about 3-4 years now. If there is some way we could rent them out for cash, it would help.

    Thanks again,

    Mary

    Talking

Yes, make the best coastal summer reservation you can, say Myrtle Beach between June 23 and August 10 or Southern California for the same timeframe. Then advertise it here, Tug, Bidshares, Craigslist . Remember the Wyndham now charges you $129 for a guest cert, or maybe you get one free, not sure I know it is why we don't own Wyndham points anymore.

Thanks again Greg. One more question... How much do we ask for our points? If they are not selling, how much could we hope to get in renting them out?

    Hi Mary,
A 1 bedroom ocean view Myrtle Beach during July I would list at $899, if you get July 4th week $1099, A Coastal California week 1 bed $799, ocean view same as Myrtle Beach.
It all depends upon what you can get with your points.

Greg, you're wonderful! Guess I'll have to do some home work, but that's not a problem. I'll let you know how we make out.

    Thanks again, you're a gem.

    Nationwide transfer

Hi, I live in St. Louis and Nationwide Transfer was in my town about a month ago and they were making the same promises. I've been through such a hard time with this Wyndham timeshare I don't trust anyone. My husband lost his job about a year ago and We were just up against the wall. We owed $27,610 after an upgrade we were talked into. They said if we upgraded we would be able to pay our maintenance fees with our points. They too lied to us. We have spent around $8000.00 trying to sell this thing and got no where.
Something about the representative I talked to from that company made me think to at least give it a try. It couldn't get much worse and atleast I could MAYBE learn something. After their "presentation" I decided to use their service.it wasn't cheap. They said it could take a year to come into affect, but not to send another dime to Wyndham, not for maintenance fees, not for the mortgage I have on it, nothing. To make a long story short I eventually received a letter last Tuesday, I am now out of that timeshare. I couldn't believe it. It wasn't cheap but I'm out and it still saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

SHILL ALERT !!! First time poster favorable to a postcard company-Don't believe it. If someone really got rid of a timeshare with money still owed on it---do you think they would search the internet, join a timeshare forum and post about it ? No---they either work for the company or are getting paid by them in some way to do it.

    Really?

Thank you tonyg for calling me a liar. Wow!!! Just to let you know I still own with spinnaker and I own one with blue green, both of which are paid off and we like to use them when we can afford to go from time to time. So I do cruise these sites from time to time and renting them intrigued me.
i will tell you to feel the company out on your own. If you dont feel good about them. Dont do it. I felt great and it worked great. But if id of been in your shoes I would never of made my decision based on something I read on the internet. Either way, good luck to you.
