Has anyone dealt with Finn Law group to get out of your timeshare contract? So many scams out there, i just want a legitimate lawyer.

Do they want upfront money? If it's more than $500 even in a retainer then it's likely money lost as they will spend it & you'll still have the timeshare.

What a combination---timeshare and lawyers. If lawyers could get you out of a contract, I think we would have heard about it. The ones we have heard about, we would recommend you run away from.

The timeshare lawyer scam has been going in Spain, aimed at Brits who own timeshare there, for years. I have never heard of ANY of them being legit.

If this scam is now crossing the Atlantic, then it is time to start reporting the scammers to their resprective State Bar.

They want a total of $4000.00 @$666.00 for 6 months. or discounted to $3500.00 in one payment. They are not a member of BBB but are rated "B" with no complaints. I'm also looking at "Consumer group" Timeshare Answers and also Timeshare Scam. Both guarantee to get contract cancelled. Waiting to find out details and costs. Any feedback on these companies would also be appreciated! Thanks everyone!

If they are lawyers, I would look to see if they have any ethics complaints with the State Bar.

I have someon you can "donate" the timeshare too, you pay them a donation (under $1000) which you have a legal recept for meaning you can claim that back on your tax at the end of the year, however they are only taking certain timeshares. I used them, i have paperwork from them that the Resort owner sent the new owner of my timeshare so i have proof its no longer in my name as well (from the otherside of the road, from something i shouldnt see).
