I bet they are! A "Presidential" carries a whopping maintenance fee, what are they showing it as right now?

Presidential contract m.fees

Per the seller only (no discovery or estoppels have been secured- again this is not an active listing so I can't personally confirm)...

He stated he pays about $950 per year currently.. Not too bad considering the usage options. He last used it at the Affinia Manhattan for a week which is the equivalent of about 50,000 pts.

I think the main issue with these contracts is that RHC hates them! They obviously get a much better profit margin with the point contracts- so the transfer process will not be easy. Both buyer and seller will have to be patient and very persistent!

These are really good contracts from a usage standpoint- but nobody really knows about them since the move to points.

$950 sounds about right and if you shop it right you can do well as you indicate. Transfer fees are still $500.

Thanks Spence!

I was looking at these but did not know about the upgrade in unit size. That makes the studio an option for me!

Thanks Spence - because of this thread and the info provided, I decided to take the RHC weeks plunge - I offered this seller 1/2 half of the RHC transfer fee and his $99 closing fee - so for $299.88, I will purchase this week.

The split week option and the uint size upgrade pushed me over the edge.ni

Well for Affinia Dumount, the week membership is just a little higher than the point value for the 90K contract I had.. It sounds as if the week M/F has been increasing quickly since ambassador was 750 or 800 a few years ago.
