RCI Pending Verification

I am fairly new at RCI and this is only my 2nd week depositing ever. Right now it is in "pending verification" status, but the trading power seems weak when I search compared to last year (same week 28 at a national park). Will it have more trading power once my deposit is confirmed?

Very hard to say. I would think that if you are depositing early, it should make no difference.

In the past I have depsoited my week 29 national park week at 8 or 10 months out.

After the change on 5/30/09, I plan on doing it at 13 months.
Is this a week 28 for 2010 or 2011?
That would make a major difference.

I deposited my Williamsburg week last year about 10 or 11 months out and for a while it was pending with a really, really low number of exchanges...like 20,000? Then it jumped up to 101,000 or something like that after it was confirmed. The previous year's week had been significantly stronger, deposited about 13 months out. I was aggravated.

My stronger-trading week (Cape Cod in summer) just got deposited last month, 19 months out, and I think it only took a few hours to get verified (it's a small resort). It looked pretty good right away, even when it was pending--I think it went up only about 3,000 units after it was verified.

It is week 28, 2011.

I am hoping it has a little bump at least, I guess time will tell. If not I'll deposit it in II next year instead. Thanks everyone!
