Someone recently asked me if I felt we have received comparable trades. I answered that we should let the marketplace determine that, and sent him the following examples:

I would consider all the following comparable:

I meant to add that, IMO, of all the variables that can be used to determine what is comparable, one of the least meaningful is unit size.

For instance, a broom closet at The Manhatten Club should trade for just about anything, anywhere.
