Man rents gun, kills self at shooting range - OrlandoSentinel.com
Has this ever happened elsewhere? This is such a bizarre event, but now it has happened four times in the Orlando area recently. People are going to a shooting range, renting a gun for target practice- then committing suicide.. People in the local community are starting to point fingers at the gun ranges and even talking about trying to shut down the businesses, but realistically I don't know any plausible way they could prevent such a thing from happening.
Could the media coverage of the first incident have simply influenced others to copy this action? Suicides happen in every community, but to have four identical events like this is just unbelievable..
