CDC Hoax Emails Being Circulated - Warning!
There is an e-mail circulating that claims to be from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control, an agency of the NIH) that requests that you respond to a survey alleging to create a "Vaccination Profile". This is pure hoax. The CDC does not send out unsolicited e-mail requests and they have come out with a statement that this has no relationship to the CDC. Do not respond and if you get the e-mail, don't even open it.

Thanks for the warning. I can't believe all the nasty viruses being circulated now. Why can't people put their great skills to a better use?

It came from the physician's network that I work for occasionally and is reliable.
Not sure if it's a virus or phishng for your personal data.

This is pretty fundamental.
Never use an e-mail link that requests any user log-in input.
If a notice comes via an e-mail link, open a browser and navigate to the website by typing in the link in the address bar of your browser, not by clicking an e-mail link.

I probably will either go to the site directly if I know the site name, or use google search, and go to the site if I don't know the site. I have one time goes through the link and found out it just have a little difference (.gov vs .com). After look at it for 5 mins, I decided not to go through any mail's link.
