I think it will be a close vote....Thought that David C could have ended with a 'stronger' song - David A's last song was fantastic!

They are both so talented. I hope David C wins but all the little teeny boppers are probably burning up the phone lines for David A shaggy

I had wanted cook to win from 5 weeks back, He had a great first song but David A had a better one, Cook IMO blew it by picking songs that people do not know. If I had to go by last nights show. I say David A wins but I feel Cook will get many offers either way.

My TIVO stopped as Ryan was holding the envelope. Cook won?? Even after Simon's grossly exaggerated campaign for David A?? Maybe Simon inspired more Cook fans to vote. If the competition had been on tonight's performances, I think Simon would have had it the other way around, as David A looked and sounded like Cook's backup singer, especially on that "Hero" song. (their first duet)

I have never seen so many big names on an idol finale. What a great show. I replayed the "Pips" skit three times. Not to gripe, but what's the big deal about Jordin Sparks? She's the only one I fast-forwarded through.

It's funny how I had already forgotten several of the first idols voted off. Cool to see the ausie guy again.
