Only in the sense that you can reserve the unit you own twelve months out and be sure of getting it. At the eleven month mark, if you haven't reserved, it goes into the common pool and anyone can reserve it. This is true of all Bluegreen ownerships at all Bluegreen resorts, but can make a big difference if you own a popular week you particularly want at a popular resort.
Also, Big Cedar units/points can cost a bit more when resold than ownership at other Bluegreen resorts for the same reason.
