marriott reservation best week

i own (2) new marriott platinum weeks.

is this a true statement. i need to book
the christmas week 2009
exactly and I mean exactly one year out
so it is strong trader with Interval
for strong marriott trading power

Marriott Desert Springs
Marriott Shadow ridge

any warnings for a fixed week owner, not used to having the best week
gone in less than one year

The wording on your questions is, to say the least, confusing.

I'm assuming you are trying to trade for a christmas week in 2009, thru II? It is true that the sooner you place your trade request, the higher on the list you will be when that week becomes available. Christmas weeks won't be available until the last week in November 2008 (Marriott owner's can deposit 13 months in advance when requesting consecutive or concurrent weeks)

Not sure what this is referring to. By "new" marriott weeks, are you referring to weeks you just acquired or new resorts? Most Marriott weeks are floating season weeks, the exception being some platinum plus weeks.

We need more/clearer info in order to give you specific help:

Are the weeks listed, the weeks you own?
Where are you trying to trade into?

See my post to your other thread.

i apologize for confusion. I have only owned Fixed week timesahres
I am not use to having to compete for the best weeks
for reservation, so I can then trade that week with Interval

can I book 13 months out, because i own (2) marriots
or
do i have to wait till 12 months out, because they are nto same marriot location

my original question which was not clear, shoudl i be really scared/worried
about getting "locked out"
of a christmas week reservation in 2009
one year out
in 2008

I won't get possession of my (2) new marriotts
till october,2008
won't all the good weeks
in FEB/march/2009
be "long gone"

so my only choice/for strong reservaton for trade purposes with interval
is
Marriott Christmas week
2009
reserved
in
December,2008

I was trying to explain it but could not get out of my words but there are a few members here who own multiple weeks and can explain it to you. It's complicated, imho.

There is a very good link that you can read also which describes it all in detail. I hope this will help you too.

Also, I would buy an atomic clock because there is fierce competition for the highly demanded weeks as the first person in line gets the best weeks.

PS. The best weeks are gone in the first few seconds!

Also, there seems to be a part 2 but I didn't find it so quickly. You can look here.
