ROFR
Unfortunately, there is no information on Custom House. Perhaps you could be the first to enter information for this particular site.

which is making me think (as this is an older property) that there IS no ROFR - Hoc purchased one 4-5 years ago for a song.
Fairway Villas also does not have ROFR in the contract either.

Maybe I offered too much ? My offer was good for 24 hours (my contingency), so if I did, then I can rescind.
I'll email Hoc now.
Thanks to all.

Things are worth what they are worth to you..... if u r comfortable with what u offered - so be it.
What does Marriott sells these weeks for? If u r in for less then half, it is a good deal.

I agree. I don't think you would get it for a lot below $9K and the seller might well get so annoyed with a really lowball bid that he wouldn't enter into negotiations with you, period. It's hard to know where to start, but $9K seems like a reasonable number.

Keep us up to date.
I love the Custom House and would be thrilled to be able to pick one up for about $9000. ( that is, if my DW lets me even think about buying another TS, LOL)

I just received an email from Custom House inhouse sales. I am on a list and receive periodic inventory offers. Since they are talking about only having 2 plat and 3 gold in inventory I think this might be a sold out property and these are resales possibly inventory purchased back from ROFR.
Latest offer was $28,000 plat ey/ $24,000 gold ey
Can be turned into points every year 125000/110000
Purchase incentive 200000 points EY.
MF including taxes for 2007 $935.

Beags, what happened with this? Did they take it, or did they slap you in the face with their glove?

I pulled my offer before they made it official to the seller.
My work hours were cut back a tad (yay !! ) so I need to take a look at "what I want" v. "what I need".
