II blunder (or mine), but they made it okay

Over a week ago I booked what I thought was a 6-night Short Stay (on the internet). Yesterday I received my confirmation certificate and it showed only 3 nights. I don't know if it was my mistake or theirs, but I tend to think the latter because I definitely needed 6 nights. I called and the first rep said that all Short Stays are final, no changes allowed; her supervisor said the same thing and then I was given an answering machine for the next level. I called back a little later and the rep put me on hold awhile, then said she couldn't do anything until this morning and would call me back. And guess what--she did! And better yet, she canceled the first Short Stay and booked another one for 6 nights! I was very surprised and thrilled. I wonder whether others have complained of the same thing happening.

I'm glad that everything worked out to your satisfaction.

Can you confirm that when you book a short-stay of 6 nights, you can then book another short-stay for 1 night and pay another exchange fee, is that correct?

Maria

Even better, I can confirm that another 6-night ShortStay can be booked (for the exchange fee). In fact, we've already used our first 6-night stay. The ShortStays are 3-6 nights EACH, a great deal if you can find the ones you want.
