Its been a few months now and I don't remember. I have had some e-mails from II so I just don't remember how the offer was made. It seems they throw AC's out there because after not taking the offer II still gave us one because of not getting back on a question I had. Probably not use this one just like few years ago when we had one.

If our Labor Day week rents then we might use it for Vegas this year.

I own 3 BR float at Kings Creek - odd years. In 2009 I split to a 1BR and 2BR summer weeks. I called II before deposit and they said I would be eligable for ACs and received them. I did the same thing with a Florida TS this year - I called, they said yes and then it was a fight to get the AC. They were insistant I had to have a post card .... never received one. I am wondering if I will get a post card for my 2011 deposits.

My question....since they are float weeks does II send the card and state we will give you ACs for only particular weeks? Then you need to make the ressie for those particular weeks?

Can you get an AC if you take an exchange from the II website and THEN deposit your week?

And the only way you know if you've gotten an AC is to get a postcard? If you miss the postcard, you miss out on the AC?

Yes, u still need the freakin' code from the post card....so do not deposit without the code - it can not hurt to call and say u r thinking about depositing but would not do it without getting an AC.

No more - u used to be able to talk yourself into getting an AC - but now u need to get a postcard/mailing with the code and dates.

Now wack - if u get your postcard, have the code and see something u like - then deposit the week with code RIGHT AT THAT TIME.
Unlike RCI, II allows u to instantly use that deposited.....it will take a few days for the AC to show up in your account but u will still be able to do the exchange AT THAT TIMEnAND get the AC.

So look at the mailings u get from them to be sure to keep it - it is not really a post card but a peice of paper folded over itself to make an envelope - u have to open it up to see the offer.
