Exclamation Keep in mind
With II you need to deposit at least 60 days out, If you deposit less than than your search can only be with in the 60 day window. I had forgotten this and just found out the hard way With a unit that I normally rent out or get good trades with since it is a Presidents/Valentine day week.

Time does fly by sometimes, when I did that a few years ago- I rented the week for less than the MF.
