Last Minute II Orlando Getaways - 2 bedrooms $222, 1 bedroom $182
Hi All,
If anyone is wanting to make a last minute trip to Orlando, II has some great bargains - even some Marriotts included. The Gold price on 2 bedrooms for check-in's over the next couple of days have been lowered to $222 and the one bedrooms are $182.

I noticed that II dropped the getaway price to $400 on a getaway I bought a few months ago that I paid $600 for. Now I'm a little disappointed.
Oh well I didn't want to take a chance on losing it but I guess I gambled wrong.

Don't feel bad. I've waited before thinking they would drop lower and the prices have went up, so you never know. Or there's no availability. I noticed the Friday check-in prices for this weekend for a studio are $152 - I don't think you could rent a hotel for that price for the whole weekend.
I've noticed certain dates where II has dropped the prices real low two or three days before check-in. Maybe that's a way for them to sell excess inventory or cancellations.

Well since I'm going to Marbella Spain, I didn't want to take a chance on buying airfare and not having a cheap place to stay and then having to pay in Euros or taking something subpar. I think I still got a good deal at the Marriott Marbella but these offers make me a little greedy sometimes wanting to get the best deal possible. I know it was still a fair price at $600 but since I'm going for 2 weeks it would have saved me $400 which is the price of the optional excursions. Oh well, someone will get a great deal but I still got a good deal, I think. At least I know I paid less than the maintenance fees for the 3 bedroom unit I got.

I paid around $600 with tax for a Marriott Harbour Lake Getaway for early March and I was very happy to pay that price. I also received a bonus week for that purchase because II was running a promotion. So $600 with the $139 bonus week only comes to $739 for two Orlando weeks - I'm real happy with that.
The maintenance fee for a 3 bedroom would definitely cost more than $600. I think you did good.
