Age restricted resorts seem to be RCI

Temptation Resort & Spa- Cancun (formerly Blue Bay Getaway)- 21+ RCI
Desire Resort & Spa- Cancun- couples only- clothing optional- RCI
El Dorado Royale- Playa del Carmen- 21+ RCI
Sandals Ocho Rios -Jamaica (formerly Club Ortanique)- 21+ RCI

I'm sure there are more, but I'm just not aware of any that are inteval affiliated.. You'll find plenty of hotels if you simply do a google search.. Sandals are all top of the line.

There is a trend of these developments.. However, you will want to really research your final decision if you want to ensure you are in a completely age restricted environment. Some developments are simply buildings (or sometimes even floors) in an already established development. The remainder of the property and many of the amenities may not be age restricted.

Also, be very careful if you are looking into buying a new such development until it has established a history. Much of these developments are simply based on high impact marketing, and a few have simply folded before completion (such as M Hotels in Mexico and it's Castles and Condos marketing group)..
